These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Download3DPrints.store and your purchase and use of our digital products. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Digital Products
We sell downloadable STL files, 3MF files, 3D printing bundles, and related digital content. No physical item will be shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.
2. Eligibility
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. Minors may use the website only with the permission and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Product Information
We aim to describe products, included files, formats, and compatibility accurately. Preview images may show rendered or printed examples and may not represent the exact result produced by your equipment. Review all product information before purchasing.
4. Orders and Payment
Prices and payment methods are shown at checkout. Taxes may be calculated according to your location and applicable law. We may reject or cancel an order if payment is unauthorized, fraud is suspected, a price is clearly erroneous, or fulfillment would violate law or third-party rights. A paid order cancelled by us before delivery will be refunded.
5. Digital Delivery
Access is normally provided after successful payment through the confirmation page, customer account, or email. You are responsible for providing a correct email address and keeping your account and download links secure.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Purchases are governed by our Refund Policy. By requesting immediate delivery, you consent to immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that your right to cancel may end when download or access begins, to the extent permitted by law.
7. License
Files are licensed, not sold. Use is governed by our License Agreement and any product-specific terms. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly upload digital files.
8. Intellectual Property
The website, branding, product presentation, and digital products are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred except those expressly granted in the applicable license.
9. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content infringes your rights, follow our Copyright & DMCA Policy.
10. Accounts and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not share account access or download links, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the catalog at scale, distribute malware, commit fraud, or use the website unlawfully.
11. Availability and Third-Party Services
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue products or website features. Payments, email, file hosting, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
12. Printing Disclaimer
Printing results depend on hardware, materials, calibration, slicer settings, supports, software, and user skill. We do not guarantee that every file is suitable for every printer, material, or purpose.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Download3DPrints.store is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss; lost profits or data; failed prints; wasted materials; or equipment damage. Our total liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their habitual residence. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights, the courts of Dubai will have jurisdiction over disputes. Please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a dispute before starting formal proceedings.
15. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to our products, practices, or legal obligations. The current version will appear here with its effective date.
