Thank you for shopping at Download3DPrints.store. We sell digital STL files, 3MF files, 3D printing bundles, and other downloadable products. Because these products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned, all sales are generally final once download access has been provided or the files have been accessed.
No Refunds After Digital Delivery
By completing a purchase and requesting immediate access to a digital product, you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, once the download or access process begins, you may lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change-of-mind purchases after download access has been provided.
- Files that have been downloaded, accessed, copied, or used.
- Purchasing the wrong product or failing to review the product description.
- Incompatibility with a printer, slicer, software, hardware, or operating system when compatibility information was available before purchase.
- Lack of the equipment, software, materials, or experience required to use the files.
- Print failures caused by calibration, slicer settings, supports, filament, resin, hardware, or other circumstances outside our control.
When We Will Help
Please contact us if:
- You did not receive the download or access link.
- The supplied file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- A technical problem on our side prevents access to the purchased product.
We will first try to resolve the issue by restoring access, replacing or correcting the file, or providing reasonable technical assistance. If we cannot provide the purchased digital product, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund where required by applicable law.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us within 5 days of the duplicate transaction. After verification, we may refund the additional charge.
How to Contact Us
Email download3dprints@gmail.com with the subject Order Support – [Order Number]. Include your name, order number, checkout email address, product name, and a clear description of the issue. Screenshots may help us resolve technical problems faster.
Processing Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 3 business days, although banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the funds.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If the law that applies to your purchase gives you additional mandatory rights or remedies, those rights remain available.
